• Applying evidence-based, scientifically proven interventions.
• Being supported by M4 coaches and your cohort group.

When?

• OPEN PROGRAMME – X6 Virtual 90-minute interactive sessions
• Session 1 – 19^th Jan 2023
• Session 2 – 26^th Jan
• Session 3 – 2^nd Feb
• Session 4 – 9^th Feb
• Session 5 – 16^th Feb

• Email interventions between sessions

How much?

• £950 + vat per person.
• £7500 + vat for up to 20 people.

• Pay in full on booking and get 10% discount
  or split payment: 50% in December 2022 & 50% in February 2023. (No discount applied)
