These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of access to the “Unleash Your Brain’s Talents for Success” webinar series (“Series”) offered by Momentum4 (“we” or “us”).
Please read these Terms carefully before registering for the Series. By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Series Description
The Series consists of six (6) webinars designed to help you unlock your brain’s potential and achieve success. Specific topics and schedules will be provided upon registration.
Access and Fees
Access to the entire Series is granted for a one-time fee of £282 (plus VAT) per person. This fee covers access to all six webinars (live and recordings) and any associated materials.
Payment
Full payment for the Series is due upfront at the time of registration. We accept all major credit cards. Payment must be received by May 14, 2024, to secure your spot.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the digital product and the close proximity to the start date, cancellations are generally not accepted. However, we understand exceptional circumstances may arise. Please contact us directly to discuss such situations.
Momentum4 reserves the right to cancel the Series due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, a full refund will be issued.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Series materials, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by Momentum4 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Series materials for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display the Series materials without our express written permission.

Any electronic links from the courses are provided for information and convenience only, and Momentum4 has no control over and cannot therefore accept responsibility or liability for the content of any linked third-party Web site. Momentum4 does not endorse any linked Web site.
Limitation of Liability
Momentum4 shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Series, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Momentum4 regarding your access to the Series and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
